In January 2023, Trigea acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. This was the second urban logistics investment in Poland after a logistics facility in Gdynia acquired in September 2022. In addition, it already owns the MidPoint 71 office building in Wroclaw. City Logistics Wrocław II is another excellent logistics facility in a major Polish city. The distribution park includes two Class A warehouse buildings with a total area of more than 38,000 m². City Logistics Wrocław II is 100% leased and the average length of lease contracts is 4.2 years. It features energy-efficient and environment-friendly solutions in accordance with the requirements of the “Very Good” certificate awarded by BREEAM.
